Dogtopia
The Problem: Dogtopia is a company that has many doggy daycare locations around the US and Canada. Their current app allows users to sign up for and coordinate daycare appointments, watch their pet via webcam while they’re in daycare, find contact information, and read blog posts. They wanted to add more interactive features to the app and allow for their customers to track their dog’s health and fitness.
The Solution: I led the design portion of this project and got to work closely with Dogtopia’s in-house designer. I put together a fitness page, a records page, a health page, and a preventative care page. These additions to the product would allow the users to have a one-stop-shop for all of their pet care needs. It ensures that all of their information is in one place and under their own control. This project allowed me to explore different approaches to the design of the application.

Total Service Solutions (TSS)
The Problem: Each time a mechanic at Total Service Solutions needed to check into their work order for the day, they needed to call in, give their information, and call when they were done with their task as well. Mechanics needed a way to digitally submit their work orders and details from their day including photos, notes, and status.
The Solution: We created a web app that allows mechanics to log in, enter their work order number, check in, fill in their work order details, and check out of the work order. This gets rid of the need for mechanics to call in each time they need to report something regarding their work order.

US Housing Consultants
The Problem: Users needed a simplified way to fill out an application for affordable housing. Before, users were required to fill out a physical form. USHC wanted to make this long and complex process a little more accessible and attainable for their users.
The Solution: Our team put together an interactive form that users could fill out from their computers or mobile devices. This provided users with a more convenient way to submit their information, especially if they happen to be on the go.
